CONVERSA is Hiring a Hospitality Manager Near San Antonio, TX

Overview:
Conversa Elevated is a high-end cocktail experience. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality Manager to develop and oversee the high-touch customer experience operations of our establishment. As a Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing the team, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Defining and deploying a high-end customer service experience model
- Supervising and providing guidance to the team
- Managing day-to-day customer service operations including our host and service model
- Ensuring excellent customer service and addressing any customer concerns or complaints
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate banquets or special events. - Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment - Management oversight of Conversa's membership experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality and/or concierge management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Superior customer service experience and skills
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
